An attorney for the family of John Crawford III, the man fatally shot by police in an Ohio Walmart store, says surveillance video contradicts the police department's version of events. Officers say Crawford refused to drop the pellet gun he was holding, but the video allegedly shows them gunning him down "on sight".
A customer in the store,said they seen Crawford with an AR-15 and called police.You apparently know what an AR-15 is and looks like,yet can't seem to know the difference between an AR-15 and a pellet gun.I find that hard to comprehend.Or is this just a case of another black man,being dangerous because he's in possession of a "gun",whether it be a pellet gun or an actual gun.Another customer,who is a ex "Marine" claims he saw a man walking around a store with a gun,and pointing at two children. He also claimed the gun was a black rifle, and said "he's loading it right now." Later in the call, he wasn't so sure, saying, "He looked like he was trying to load it, I don't know."
A United States Marine,can't tell the difference between a REAL RIFLE and PELLET GUN(That children/teens play with) ? Hard to understand how this can happen.Ohio is suppose to be an OPEN CARRY STATE,apparently that doesn't apply to people who are black.Where are the NRA and tea party people,who support the 2nd amendment? No uproar of this story by them? Those rights don't apply to people of color right?
I suppose you have to be WHITE to carry a firearm around a Walmart without being shot and killed.
